Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your purchase of Complete Ecommerce Store from Shop Starter, operated by Kęstutis Žvaginis (individuali veikla). By completing checkout you agree to them. If anything here conflicts with what you were shown at checkout, what you actually paid controls.

The service

Complete Ecommerce Store is a one-time, fixed-price, done-for-you ecommerce store build. For $279 you get:

• Essential pages
• Mobile optimization
• Basic SEO
• Included revisions
• Launch support
• Full store ownership

Optional paid extras — 25 extra products, Logo & brand kit — can be added at checkout. The $279 store is complete without them.

Your ecommerce platform, hosting, domain and payment-provider fees (where applicable) are paid directly to those providers and are not included in the $279 price, and are not owed to Shop Starter.

Ordering and payment

Payment is collected in full at checkout, through Stripe. Your order is confirmed once Stripe reports that payment has succeeded — not before. Prices are set in the currency shown at checkout.

Onboarding and delivery

After payment, you complete an onboarding questionnaire that becomes the brief for your build. We will have your store ready within 3 business days of receiving everything we need from you — a complete questionnaire and any content, assets or approvals it asks for. If we miss that deadline because of a delay on our side, you get your money back.

This guarantee does not cover delays caused by missing information, content, assets or approvals from your side — the 3-business-day clock starts once we have everything we need, not at the time of purchase.

Revisions

Your build includes revisions to bring the initial draft in line with your submitted brief. This covers reasonable adjustments to what you asked for — it is not unlimited design work, ongoing changes after launch, or a different scope of store than what you purchased.

Ownership

Once your store is delivered and paid in full, it is yours — full store ownership, with no recurring fee owed to Shop Starter. This is subject to the terms of the underlying ecommerce platform your store runs on, and to the licenses of any third-party assets (stock photography, fonts, plugins) used in the build, which remain governed by their own terms.

Your content

You are responsible for everything you submit through the questionnaire — text, images, logos, product data and any other content. You confirm you own it or have the right to use it, and you agree to cover any claim brought against us arising from content you provided.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are provided under the delivery guarantee above, when we miss the agreed deadline due to a delay on our side. Because work begins promptly after purchase, orders are otherwise non-refundable once the build has started, except where applicable law gives you a right we cannot waive here.

Acceptable use

We will not build a store for goods or services that are illegal, infringe someone else’s rights, or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or prohibited by our payment provider’s policies. We may decline or cancel an order on this basis, with a refund of any amount paid for work not yet started.

Availability of the offer

Pricing, included features and delivery time may change for future orders. Changes never apply retroactively to an order you have already placed and paid for.

Liability

The service is provided as described at checkout. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date above; they apply to orders placed after that date.
